Riley Keough Named in Lawsuit Alleging Secret Egg Donation to John Travolta; Family Denies Claims
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Riley Keough has gained notoriety following shocking allegations in a recent lawsuit regarding her purported biological relationship to Ben, the youngest son of John Travolta. Brigitte Kruse, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, filed the complaint, claiming that Keough gave her eggs to help Travolta and his spouse, Kelly Preston, conceive their child in 2010.

Presley family representatives vehemently deny the allegations, which have not been validated in court. According to court documents that media outlets accessed this week, Kruse asserts that the agreement was secret and entailed payment. The complaint claims that Keough received an earlier model Jaguar and between $10,000 and $20,000 as part of the deal, according to PageSix.

The records situate the claim within a broader legal issue related to the Presley family’s business and estate issues, but they do not provide evidence to support the allegation. The lawsuit also claims that when her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had volunteered to assist Travolta and Preston in becoming pregnant, Keough consented to supply her eggs.

Lisa Marie later withdrew from the plan, according to Kruse, and the pair allegedly decided not to proceed with her eggs because of worries about her drug use. Like the other assertions in the complaint, these are still unconfirmed.

Kruse and Fiaklo modified their initial $50 million case for breach of contract against Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Priscilla’s son. The lawsuit states that once Presley passed away, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators.”

In a statement to Us Weekly on Monday, Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, strongly refuted the accusations made against her granddaughter. Kruse has “proved that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” according to Singer.

“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” the attorney continued, calling the allegations “shameful.”
