Following allegations of beating a radio broadcaster on Saturday, Jacob Elordi is the subject of a police investigation in his home country of Australia. The Australian Daily Telegraph was the first to disclose that Joshua Fox, a producer for KIIS FM’s “The Kyle & Jackie O Show,” contacted the “Saltburn” and “Euphoria” actor while he was staying at a hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. In allusion to a now-viral scene from “Saltburn,” he asked Elordi if he could give Jackie O some of his bathwater for her birthday, as per Fox’s version of events on the program on Monday morning. After Elordi requested that Fox cease shooting and remove the footage, the predicament is said to have gotten worse.
“I refuse to because I feel uncomfortable right now and this is the only evidence,” Fox admitted on “The Kyle & Jackie O Show.” “And then Jacob kind of just flips and he kind of pushes me against the wall and his hands are on my throat.” The New South Wales Police confirmed they are looking into the situation. According to a notice from NSW Police, “Officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command are investigating after a man was allegedly assaulted outside a hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.”
“Police were told about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday 3 February 2024, a 32-year-old man was allegedly assaulted by a 26-year-old man. The man did not sustain any injuries. Inquiries into the incident is continuing,” the statement further added. Moreover, Elordi is enjoying the riches of his success in addition to great praise from critics for his most recent roles in “Priscilla” and “Saltburn.” He is a nominee for both the Rising Star Award and Best Supporting Actor at the BAFTA Film Awards for the movie “Saltburn.”
