“Sound Of Freedom” investor, Fabian Marta has been charged with the kidnapping of a child and has been arrested for the offense of kidnapping. In compliance with Newsweek and Missouri Courts website, Marta was taken into custody on July 21 and accused on July 23 of misdemeanor child kidnapping. According to the legalized terms, he “removed a non-family member before the age of fourteen without their parent’s consent.” Marta is scheduled to appear in court again on August 28. According to Newsweek, the bail amount was set at $15,000, but he was released on July 24.
