Amazon Prime has released the trailer for Tomorrow War for the public to see. The trailer stars Chris Pratt who is sent into the future by time travel to protect the world; earth from destruction. The trailer was later followed by a teaser video featuring Chris Pratt and his fellow cast members in a long shot. This movie is written by Zach Dean and directed by Chris McKay (The LEGO Batman Movie).
Did you watch Tenet but found yourself sleeping though it? Amazon kind of figured it out. Hence Amazon came up with Tomorrow War -Tenet but for the dumdums. The most Tenet-y part of all is when Pratt says, “I’m trying to save my daughter. If I’ve got to save the world to save her, I’m gonna do it.
The Tomorrow War leads Pratt as well as Edwin Hodge, Jasmine Mathews, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, and Keith Powers, Yvonne Strahovski, J.K. Simmons, Betty Gilpin and also Sam Richardson. The team of producers include David Goyer, and Adam Kolbrenner, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Jules Daly. The executive producers including Pratt as well as Rob Cowan, Brian Oliver, and Bradley J. Fischer.
The trailer is well curated and is packed with action, science and a lot of adrenaline rush. The trailer sells the time travelling concept well and sets a scene of war for which citizens are ready to fight to save humanity from getting washed off.
The Tomorrow War will begin streaming on Amazon Prime video on 2 July, mark your calendars!
