Brooklyn Nine-Nine is one of the most loved series all around the world. The season 7 last episode left us on a very interesting note as Amy was in the hospital delivering her baby with Jake. This cliffhanger surely left the viewers wanting season 8 at the soonest!

NBC has officially confirmed that B99 would air on August 12 2021 which is a Thursday. The episodes would air back-to-back. The also revealed that the following episodes will air for four extra weeks at 8 and 8:30 pm. Though these are not successive 4 weeks!
A very interesting peek is Jake and Amy bring Mac to the precinct cradled to Jake’s chest. Is there going to be a Mac appearance with the squad in each episode? We’ll find out
In other news, the perplexing murder of George Floyd leads to a delayed send-off of the 10th episode as there was nationwide unrest due to police brutality. It did not seem right to release a cop show amidst the pandemonium.
Furthermore, Andy Samberg confirmed that the series was “taking a step back,” as the cast, writers, and producers contemplated “how you make a comedy show about police right now.”
Executive producer Dan Goor released a statement, which made the fans emotional, which read: “I’m so thankful to NBC and Universal Television for allowing us to give these characters and our fans the ending they deserve… Ending the show was a difficult decision, but ultimately, we felt it was the best way to honor the characters, the story, and our viewers. I know some people will be disappointed it’s ending so soon, but honestly, I’m grateful it lasted this long. Title of my sex tape.”
The caste takes turns to convey how their experience has been. After 32 ‘sex tape titles’ and a total of 4279 they are back again for the one last time. Season 8 is going to be an EPIC season finale and we know it!
